Camp Directors
Todd Lehman

Todd Lehman directs the Youth, High School, Collegiate, and Masters vaulters at Sky Athletics. As Assoc. Head Coach at Grand Canyon University, he has coached 4 NCAA All-Americans. As Head Coach at Paradise Valley Community College from ’99-‘13, he produced 24 NJCAA National Champions and 12 NJCAA National Records and was named the 2003 National Collegiate Pole Vault Coach of the Year. Lehman is a USATF Level II Certified Coach, and has spent time coaching at the United States Air Force Academy and Indiana State University, PVCC, and GCU.
Matt Hull

Matt Hull is the head track and field coach at Phoenix Country Day School. Previously, Matt coached the pole vault and hammer throwers at University of New Mexico after serving the same position at Albuquerque Academy. Matt also coached 9 state champions including New Mexico’s first female vaulter over 12’. His understanding of the event allows him to work successfully with all ability levels.
Ryan Kreisberg

Ryan Kreisberg currently coaches at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore, MD. He formerly coached at Brophy Prep and Xavier College Prep in Phoenix, the Sky Athletics club in Phoenix, as well as Pole Pilots in Tucson. Coach Kreisberg is on the National Pole Vault Summit coaching staff and has been involved with KTS camps as a camper, counselor, and a coach for over 20 years.
Our World Class Staff
Greg Hull

Greg Hull is the founder and “godfather” of Sky Athletics. He has had athletes in the past four Olympic Games including the 2000 Gold Medalists Stacy Dragila and Nick Hysong, April Stiener Bennett, Kelsey Hendry, and most recently 2011 US Champion Kylie Hutson. Coach Hull is in his 52nd year of coaching vault camps. He also currently serves as Senior Coach for USA Track & Field Olympic Development for the pole vault. A USATF Master Coach, Greg has been successful at the high school, junior college, university, and international levels, including work at both Arizona State and Northern Arizona Universities. Currently he is the premier speaker at coaching clinics throughout the country.
Robert Tilley

Robert Tilley is the 2003 National High School Coach of the Year from Las Vegas. Coach Tilley conducts his own camps as well as directing the Pure Sky Vault Club in the Las Vegas area. He has one of the most successful vault programs in the Southwest.
Camilo Tafur

Camilo Tafur is the pole vault coach Phoenix Country Day School along with his assistant coach, Gregory Phillip. He previously coached at Paradise Valley Community College as well as at Scottsdale Saquaro HS. Coach Tafur is a true teacher of the event and brings an infectious energy to the athletes he works with.
Tory Tyler

Tory Tyler currently coaches pole vault at Red Mountain High School in Mesa, AZ. Previously, she was the Head Girls Track and Pole Vault Coach at Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, AZ. Desert Vista has a long history of producing successful pole vaulters including numerous state qualifiers, runner-ups, and champions. Tory attributes her success in track and field to those who coached her and the amazing coaching mentors she had. Her passion for athletics is her key motivator for inspiring young athletes.
Lauren Johnston

Lauren is currently coaching for Mountain Ridge High School in Peoria, AZ and also works with athletes from her home where she runs a vault club. Lauren has been coaching at various high schools since 2009 and loves sharing her excitement for the event with kids of all skill levels.
Gabe Brown

Coach Gabe has over 11 years of coaching experience and has been understudy so some of the USA’s greatest pole vault coaches. While Coach Gabe has spent most of his career coaching young athletes, he is currently the head pole vault coach at UNM and has led several athletes to conference titles, school records, and many medals.
